The first theme for my carnival is COOKIES!

ROCKY ROAD Marshmallow Cookies
3 Tbsp peanut butter
3 Tbsp margarine or butter
1 package chocolate chips
1 package mini-marshmallows
Melt first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Let cool a minute. Stir in marshmallows and spread in a greased 8x8 pan. Let harden in refrigerator.

They sound sooo bad, but sooo good!!!
I love these but didn't have the recipe! A lady at our church (in NB where I grew up) used to bring them to EVERY Potluck supper! YUM! Thanks Carla, the kiddos will love 'em! LOL
I'm making some now, so I can post the picture :-) They don't last long around my house!
