The theme this week is BREAKFAST!
Breakfast Sausage
1 1/2 lb ground pork or beef
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp thyme
small amount of water
In mixing bowl, combine meat and spices until thoroughly blended. Add water if needed to hold meat together. Shape into patties. refrigerate in airtight container for 2 days to allow flavors to blend.
Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
