This is the most delicious chocolate icing ever! It's tastes fabulous on brownies (I'll post that recipe tomorrow). I got this recipe from my aunt Bonnie (Dad's sister) way back when I boarded at her house while in college. She made the best desserts!
CHOCOLATE ICING
Cream 1/2 cup butter. Blend in 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp hot water and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Add 2-3 cups of icing sugar and just a touch of milk. Beat until creamy. YUM!
