Castle cake
I had an order for this big castle cake, which I wasn't sure if I could do. The main part I was worried about was the towers. I didn't want them falling over before the customer came to pick it up. But,..... I got that problem worked out and I was pleased with the cake. So was the 16 yo girl who ordered it :-)
